Waitlist App Redesign

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is a popular restaurant with wait times sometimes exceeding two hours during peak meal times. They have a mobile app allowing customers to join a waitlist from anywhere to start the waiting process. The current mobile app experience is functional, but could be improved on for a smoother and more user-friendly experience. This is a personal project, not affiliated with Kura Revolving Sushi Bar.

Project Goals

The redesign aims to create an experience that:

• Allows all users to join waitlists simply and efficiently

• Increases visibility of status information and progress

• Reduces anxiety and uncertainty during waiting

• Maintains company branding with colors and design
